Bassist Nick Turpen is one of the only people I know to go to Las Vegas and be bored. NO STRIPPERS. NO POKER. NO NOTHING. What a pansy!!!!!!!!!!!!!! All he does with his time is stare at the wall and play guitars while bitching and moaning about his fingers hurting and being hungry. His guitars have been substituted as his dates on many occassions. Ladies, it is too late now. You lost your chance. Nick has traded in Ms. Ibanez for a lovely young lady from LA (the Lynnville Area). Way to go Cara!!! Oh.............but he still likes kissing in the rain. Isn't that cute?! Peace out. On a more serious note, Nick is a very multi-talented musician. In his spare time, he writes songs and poetry, as well as, arranging orchestral scores. Not only is he a musician but he is also a journalist and a soccer player. After high school, Nick attended the University of Las Vegas for one semester only to return to the heartland and pursue his love for music. Nick is one of the most dedicated and trustworthy human beings out there. We, Orenda, are grateful that he exists. We are grateful for his friendship, and we are grateful for his musicianship.
